The Jackson County Central volleyball team will go pink Monday to raise awareness and support everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer during its match against Martin County West.

Team members and coaching staff will be decked out in pink gear to raise awareness for the Edith Sanford Breast Center.

Fans are also encouraged to wear pink at the match to raise awareness of breast cancer.

The Huskies Fighting Cancer committee will have a tailgate meal at the match.

The C-squad match starts at 4:45 p.m., with B squad starting around 6 and the varsity playing around 7:15.

The Edith Sanford Breast Center seeks to change how patients and their families experience breast health services and cancer care. From education to prevention, detection, treatment and survivorship, patients are never far from care with locations across Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

People can show their support by attending Edith Sanford Breast Center events, wearing supportive apparel, scheduling an annual breast screening, joining the WISDOM research study or by donating.
