City declares Emerald Valley lots tax-exempt

City of Lakefield applying for Small Cities Development Program grant
In the past, the city of Lakefield has taken advantage of three Small Cities Development Program grants. Lakefield is now in the process of applying for yet another one, according to Lakefield’s Administrative Clerk Kelly Rasche.
