WR: Huskies 12th at Rumble
Cooper Moore's third-place finish led the Jackson County Central wrestling team to a 12th-place finish at the Rumble on the Red in Fargo, N.D.
Moore went 6-1 to finish third at 160 pounds. Also placing for the Huskies were Darick Vancura at 135 pounds (4-2; 5th place), Tucker Freeman at 152 pounds (5-2, 5th place) and Jordan Phibbs at 215 pounds (4-2, 7th place).
Taylor Menke (140), Jessie Regalado (145) and Alex Tewes (189) all went 3-2 and did not place.
Kyle Edlin (103) went 2-2 but did not place. Paden Moore (112) and Patrick Hanson (171) went 0-2.
Rapid City Stevens, S.D., won the tournament with a team score of 186. The Huskies had 108.
